Itinerary
DAY 01 - Tres Cruces de Paucartambo Tour
Sunrise at the Tres Cruces viewpoint and cultural visit to Paucartambo.
The adventure begins at approximately 10:00 p.m. with pickup from your hotel in Cusco to start the journey toward the province of Paucartambo.
Along the route we will pass through impressive Andean landscapes and small traditional villages while ascending toward the famous Tres Cruces viewpoint, located at more than 3,700 meters above sea level.
Upon arrival at the viewpoint we will enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Manu jungle, considered one of the most impressive in the world due to the natural optical phenomenon produced by the refraction of sunlight between the mountains and the Amazonian mist.
After sunrise, we will have time to take photographs and appreciate the immensity of the Andean-Amazonian landscapes.
Later we will descend toward the town of Paucartambo, known for its colonial architecture, traditional streets and great cultural richness. Here we will take a brief tour of its main attractions and enjoy the traditional atmosphere of the town.
Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving approximately in the afternoon.
