We may collect full name, identity document or passport, nationality, date of birth, email, phone or WhatsApp, address, booking details, contracted service, travel dates, medical information relevant to passenger safety and any information necessary to provide the contracted tourism services.

The information provided will be used exclusively for the proper provision of contracted services, booking management, ticket issuance, coordination with tourism suppliers, customer service, compliance with legal obligations, passenger safety and handling of requests or complaints.
