Itinerary
DAY 01 - Maras & Moray ATV
ATV adventure through Cruzpata, Moray and the Maras Salt Mines.
The adventure begins with pickup from your hotel in Cusco and transfer to the community of Cruzpata, located approximately 50 minutes from the city.
Upon arrival at the operations base, you will receive a brief training and driving practice to operate the ATVs safely and fully enjoy the experience.
The ATV route begins by crossing impressive Andean landscapes until reaching the archaeological complex of Moray, famous for its circular terraces used by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory to experiment with different microclimates and crops.
After exploring Moray and enjoying the panoramic views of the Sacred Valley, we will continue by private transportation to the famous Maras Salt Mines, an incredible set of more than 3,000 salt ponds fed by natural springs since pre-Hispanic times.
During the visit you will learn about the artisanal salt extraction process and capture unique photographs of this impressive Andean landscape.
Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco around 2:00 p.m., concluding an unforgettable experience full of adventure, nature and culture.
